Great piece, Paul. I’m surprised this hasn’t gotten more love. This seems like a very… Medium type piece. I use a lot of what you say when dealing with customers and choosing how to market certain things at certain times.

I used to tell people who dealt with difficult customers and felt like they were bullshit that they aren’t bullshit, they’re just dealing with their truth.
